Our funding programs seek, among other things, to contribute to reinforcing the electricity technology innovation system in Quebec.
Our main funding program supports collaborative research projects. Such projects typically involve two or more industrial partners and one or more academic partners (university, college/CEGEP, or public research centres such as NRC, CanMET Energy, CRIQ, etc.). In some cases, projects with just one industrial partner are also admissible.
InnovÉÉ covers up to 40% of the costs of collaborative projects. In many cases, these projects are co-funded by other public agencies such as NSERC. Industrial partners must cover a minimum of 20% of project costs.
